Summer Knit

I couldn't let this summer go by without making at least one great summer piece. Well, here it is. I received my Wool and The Gang "Uma" kit in the mail and I'm about to start workin!
I fell in love with this the moment I laid eyes on it! I need this in my life in that exact color!
This will be a quick knit, so I will be posting photos pretty soon. There's still time to get plenty of wear out of this piece this summer.
Can't wait!

  1. I am so sad that your blog posts got erased.
My blog got lost in cyber space for a bit and I wanted to cry.
My daughters went and started to save some of the posts, but then it came back up.
Your new knitting project looks beautiful. can't wait to see your finished results and you wearing it :)
No my "big boy" camera doesn't have the video feature.

    1. So did I Tracy!
      Wow! That's scary!
Thank you so much. I'm excited about it. I've made some headway, but I think I'll just save all the pics for the final post.
SLRs have come a long way in the last few years. Amazing to think a camera like that didn't even have movie capability!

  5. So sorry to hear that your blog got lost in cyberspace. I was wondering why I couldn't access it, the internet can be so fickle!! The Uma tank is going to be lovely in the cotton yarn. I've only ever knit a swatch with it and it's a dream once washed, so soft!

Actually, my blog didn't get lost in cyberspace. I deleted it! LOL! I was frustrated from the problems I was having from Flickr. All my photos dissapeared from my site. :-/
